  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:

    • postal operators
    • payment operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on keeping accounts). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to personal data concerning you,
    • rectifying them,
    • deletion,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data in order to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object will not be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing, interests, rights and freedoms superior to you, in particular establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
  6. Actions may be taken in relation to you consisting in automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

 

5. Information about forms

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process a service request or commercial contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is for.

  1. Information about the behavior of users on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the website.

7. Marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow for matching advertising messages to the user's behavior on the website, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is used to track him, but in practice no personal data is transferred from the operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
  3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which he is the administrator himself, the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
  4. The operator uses a solution that examines the behavior of users by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that he does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
  5. The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. that can send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  6. The operator may use profiling within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data

  1. The website uses cookies.

Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the Website user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;

§ 1 Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis
  1. The Slate Roofing School collects information on natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, to whom the law grants legal capacity, hereinafter jointly referred to as Users.
  2. Users' personal data is collected in the case of:
  a) registering an account on the Website in order to create an individual account and manage this account. Legal basis: necessity to perform the contract for the provision of the Account service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  b) placing an order on the Website in order to perform the contract. Legal basis: necessity to perform the contract the subject of which is the provision of the service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  c) subscription to the newsletter (Newsletter), in order to perform the contract, the subject of which is the service provided electronically. Legal basis - consent of the data subject to perform the contract for the provision of the Newsletter service (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
  d) using the contact form service on the Website in order to perform the contract provided electronically. Legal basis: necessity to perform the contract for the provision of the contact form service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  3. When registering an account on the Website, the User provides:
  a) address e-mail;
  b) address details:
  a. zip code and city;
  b. street and house/apartment number.
  c) name and surname;
  d) phone number.
  4. In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally extended by:
  a) the Entrepreneur's company;
  b) numer NIP.
  5. When registering an account on the Website, the User independently sets an individual password to access his account. The User may change the password at a later time, on the terms described in §5.
  6. When placing an order on the Website, the User provides the following data:
  a) address e-mail;
  b) address details:
  a. zip code and city;
  b. street and house/apartment number.
  c) name and surname;
  d) phone number.
  7. In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally extended by:
  a) the Entrepreneur's company;
  b) numer NIP.
  8. In the case of using the Newsletter service, the User only provides his e-mail address.
  9. When using the contact form service, the User provides the following data:
  a) address e-mail;
  b) name and surname;
  c) telephone number.
  10. When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the User's computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
  11. Navigational data may also be collected from Users, including information about links and references which they decide to click or other activities undertaken on the Website. Legal basis - legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
  12. In order to determine, pursue and enforce claims, some personal data provided by the User as part of using the functionality on the Website may be processed, such as: name, surname, data on the use of services, if the claims result from the way in which the User uses services, other data necessary to prove the existence of the claim, including the extent of the damage suffered. Legal basis - legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in determining, pursuing and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
  13. The transfer of personal data to the Slate Roofing School is voluntary, in connection with concluded sales contracts or the provision of services via the Website, with the proviso that failure to provide the data specified in the forms in the Registration process prevents Registration and setting up a User Account, and in the case of placing an order without registering a User Account, it will prevent the submission and execution of the User's order.
§ 2 Who are the data made available to or entrusted to and how long are they stored?
  1. The User's personal data is transferred to service providers used by the Slate Roofing School when running the Website. Service providers to whom personal data are transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to the instructions of the Slate Roofing School as to the purposes and methods of data processing (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators).
  a) Processors. AC uses suppliers who process personal data only at the request of RG. They include e.g. providers providing hosting services, accounting services, marketing systems, systems for analyzing traffic on the Website, systems for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
  b) Administrators. RG uses suppliers who do not act only on instructions and set the purposes and methods of using Users' personal data on their own. They provide electronic payment and banking services.
  2. Location. Service providers are based in Ukraine.
  3. Users' personal data is stored:
  a) If the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, then the User's personal data are processed by Slate Roofing School until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked, for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that may be raised by RG and which may be raised towards him. Unless a special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business - three years.
  b) If the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract, then the User's personal data is processed by RG as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless a special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business - three years.
  4. Navigation data can be used to provide Users with better service, analyze statistical data and adapt the Website to Users' preferences, as well as administer the Website.
  5. If the User subscribes to the newsletter (Newsletter) to his e-mail address, RG will send electronic messages containing commercial information about promotions and new products available on the Website.
  6. In the event of a request, the Slate Roofing School provides personal data to authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the Prosecutor's Office, the Police.
